We carry thousands of new titles, many discounted 40% or more. If we don’t have what you're looking for on hand, we can usually order it for you and have it here in less than a week. That's the fastest delivery time in town! There is no added cost for this service and generally no shipping fee. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can get you almost any book you desire.
We also have an entire floor of high quality used books on all subjects, and we’ll take your gently used books in for trading credit. (Click here for used books trading policy and guidelines.) We can’t use all the books brought our way, and with the help of our customers we were able to donate over 50,000 used books to the Literacy Council of Alaska last year.
We also have a huge selection of gift items, toys, puzzles and note cards, not to mention the largest selection of Alaska books in the free world (as far as we know).
We love our hometown and donate thousands of dollars of gift certificates each year to local groups and organizations for their fundraisers.
